Delivery times/availability

Delivery times may vary depending on the item.

Any delivery times quoted are our best estimate and possible delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the material or to claim damages, except in the case of a particular and exceptional commitment, within the framework of a precise contract and excluding cases of force majeure.

If, despite our efforts, we are unable to meet your order, we will let you know when you confirm your order.

Our deliveries are usually made by a carrier, by a courier service commissioned by Gymnova or by post, depending on the nature of the product.

Delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the carrier takes charge of the goods from our warehouses or our suppliers' factories.

Transfer of risks

The goods and materials travel at the expense, risk and peril of the buyer. In the event of transport damage, and in order to preserve his recourse against the carrier, the customer will have to formulate his possible written reserves on the slip of the carrier (in accordance with the article 133-3 of the Code of Commerce), and to confirm them by registered mail AR to the carrier in the 48 hours maximum after reception.

The customer will also have to contact immediately our after-sales service to the (from Monday till Friday from 8:30 am till 12:30 am and from 1:30 pm till 5 pm).

Returns - complaints

Delivery is made by handing over the product directly to the customer against the signature of a delivery note. Gymnova SAS reserves the right to split up its deliveries, without additional invoicing to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make any reservations at the time of receipt of the products, in particular by ensuring the conformity of the products delivered (number of packages, conformity of the order, etc.) with the indications on the order form and the acknowledgement of receipt of the order supplied by Gymnova SAS.

With the exception of problems of transport damage (which only concern the transporter), any other complaint, relating to a manufacturing defect, an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference in relation to the order, must be made within 48 working hours of receipt of the goods and may only concern the replacement of the defective articles.

The requests will be formulated near our service SAV in or by e-mail:, which will indicate to the customer the step to be followed. In the event that a return of goods proves necessary, and that Gymnova SAS is responsible, the return costs will be fully covered by Gymnova SAS.

In the case of a return for personal reasons (right of withdrawal), the cost of postage shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.

After the 48-hour period, no returns will be accepted.

Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of Gymnova SAS.


A detailed invoice will be sent to the customer by post as soon as the products are dispatched.
